BSPED Awards Applications Open – NEW FORMAT!

Applications for the BSPED Research & Innovation Award and the Nurse & AHP Awards are now open. We encourage you to take a look at the new format of the Nurse & AHP Awards. The BSPED Awards Committee wanted to extend the scope of this award and now you can apply for funding to:

-        Conduct a small project (e.g. development of patient resources)

-        Purchase equipment for projects

-        Conduct service evaluation requiring additional resources

-        Facilitate attending a course or training opportunity that would deepen clinical knowledge/skills to benefit a local/regional/national service development

We hope to see more applications with this new format so please help by sharing this with your amazing colleagues and encourage them to apply. There will be two awards of £1500 available and the awardees will be invited to share their project outcomes or learnings with the BSPED network via a report for the newsletter or a presentation at the annual meeting.

For the BSPED Research and Innovation Awards there will be two awards granted up to a maximum of £15,000 each. The total amount for each grant can be allocated to one recipient or split between 2 or more projects.

These grants are intended to:
