The answers to some of the main membership questions are below. You can find more detailed information about how to use the members' area by logging in and finding our FAQs in there. You can also find more information about BSPED membership in our Terms and Conditions.

 

Who do I contact about membership?

Please contact the BSPED Office at bsped@endocrinology.org for all membership enquiries.

 

How do I access the members’ secure area?

You can access the members' secure area by going to the top right corner of the home page and clicking on ‘Members Login’. You will then be asked to enter your email and password to log in. If you haven't yet set up your login for the membership system (launched February 2024) please follow the set-up link in the email sent to you or contact bsped@endocrinology.org for assistance.

 

How do I update my email address, address or phone number?

You can now update your details yourself without needing to contact BSPED:

  • Access the members' secure area by going to the top right corner of the home page and clicking on ‘Members Login’
  • Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner (or menu icon and then name on mobile)
  • Select ‘My Profile’
  • Click on the pen icon ‘Edit’
  • Update your details and click ‘Save’ at the top

How do I find out my membership number?

Your membership will be confirmed in your welcome email. Please contact the BSPED Office at bsped@endocrinology.org if you require a reminder.

 

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can reset your password by going to the top right corner of the home page and clicking on ‘Members Login’. Below the login boxes you will see an “I’ forgot my password” link.

 

I used to be a member how do I rejoin?

Please login to the secure members's area and make a renewal payment to rejoin the society. If you have trouble, please contact the BSPED Office at bsped@endocrinology.org

 

What is the membership year?

Payment is due upon application and your BSPED membership will run for one year from the date you submit your application and make payment.

 

What happens if I'm on maternity leave/parental leave or a career break?

Members who are on parental leave or a career break for at least six months of the membership year may contact the membership team to request complimentary membership for that year. Complimentary membership will not be given for consecutive years.
