Categories and Fees

Membership subscriptions are collected annually and payment for the first year is required upon application. We are pleased to have been able to freeze membership fees for the past several years, to ensure BSPED membership is affordable, despite the effects of inflation. Please find the correct category and career stage and then select 'Join BSPED Now' below.

Professionals who have been working in an allied field for more than 5 years. Now at band 7 and above

Join BSPED now

Honorary Membership:

Honorary BSPED membership will occasionally be awarded by the Executive Committee to retired members who have made a significant contribution to the Society, and to the field of paediatric endocrinology and diabetes and have national and international recognition. Honorary members may be clinicians, scientists, nurses or allied health professionals.

If you would like to suggest a colleague for honorary membership, please write to the BSPED Office providing the name of the nominated member and the reasons they fulfil the criteria above.

Nominations will be reviewed by the Executive Committee on an annual basis. Honorary membership will not necessarily be granted every year.
