It can take a few days for new memberships to update on our registration system. Please allow a few days after applying for BSPED Membership before registering for the event, to ensure that the membership data on our registration system has been updated.
Which registration type should I select?
You need to select the option that is appropriate to your membership and career stage. If you are uncertain, please contact [email protected]
Can I get a certificate of attendance?
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for all delegates attending the BSPED 2025 Meeting.
Do I need to register for the CME day separately?
If you plan to attend both the main BSPED Annual Meeting (13-14th November) and the CME day (12th November), you will need to register separately for these events.

Photography
Please be aware that there will be official onsite photography during this event as commissioned by BSPED or Bioscientifica Ltd. Any images captured may be used by Bioscientifica Ltd for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, websites, external mailshots, other marketing materials, and social media. For further information please contact the BSPED 2025 Team.
Babes in Arms
Parents are welcome to bring babes in arms (infants up to 12 months) should you wish to attend the event during this phase of parenting. Breastfeeding mothers are welcome and supported, although it should be noted that there is no expectation to participate while on maternity leave.
A private room will be available upon request for breastfeeding or nursing women to express.
Babies are welcome in the sessions, however parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that their baby does not disrupt any of the sessions and are kindly asked to step outside if necessary to avoid disturbing other delegates.
Due to sponsor and ABPI regulations, parents and caregivers with a baby may be asked to remain outside of the exhibition hall. If this is the case, please speak to a member of the Events Team, either via the Registration Desk, or Organiser’s Office, and catering and refreshments will be provided for you in an alternative area.
For reasons of insurance liability and safety, infants must be held or be in a pushchair at all times.
