Registration is required for all attendees of BSPED 2024 in Glasgow. Early Bird registration fees are offered to provide a discounted rate and BSPED members benefit from reduced registration fees.

All new membership applications submitted by 15th July 2024 (23:59 BST) will be eligible for early bird rates. Any membership applications received after this date and prior to 10th October 2024 (23:59 GMT) will be eligible for member only rates.

Information for Specific Rates
- Clinician rates include Clinicians, Consultants and Specialists with a Full or Non-Consultant membership
- Clinical Trainee rates include doctors practicing at any stage between graduation and completion of specialist postgraduate training with an Early-Career membership
- Allied Health Professional rates include Nurses, Scientists & Dieticians with a Full or Mid-Career membership
- Student/Concession rates include Undergraduates or full-time Masters students in an Allied, Nursing or undifferentiated clinical trainee field with a Student membership and Full members who are retired from full time employment and all clinical practice with a Retired membership

Registration fees for the CME Training Day includes:
- Access to all of Tuesday sessions including satellite symposium taking place on Tuesday evening
- Tea and coffee in designated breaks
- Lunch on Tuesday
- Access to the commercial exhibition (including posters) and Welcome Reception
- Programme and Online Abstract Book
Registration fees for the Main Meeting Days include:
- Access to all meeting sessions and satellite symposia
- Tea and coffee in designated breaks
- Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- Access to the commercial exhibition (including posters) and Welcome Reception
- Programme book and Online Abstract Book
Registration confirmation will be sent to all participants via email after receipt of registration and payment. Joining instructions will be sent to registered participants a few days before the Meeting begins.
All payments for the Annual BSPED 2024 Meeting must be made in GBP to Bioscientifica Ltd, who are the professional meeting organizer for the BSPED 2024 Meeting.
The preferred payment method for the Meeting is online payment with a credit/debit card. Upon providing your personal details in the registration form, you will automatically be redirected to the Stripe secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form. An automatic payment receipt is sent by email from Strip if the payment is processed successfully.
It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email, failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete. If you do not receive a booking confirmation, please email the Meeting Team at bspedmeeting@endocrinology.org
Once registered, a confirmation of receipt will be sent via email from Stripe, along with a detailed booking confirmation. No refunds will be made after Monday 19th August 2024 (for any reason including ill health). Refund requests received in writing on or before Monday 19th August 2024 will be subject to an administrative charge of £15.00.
