A pre-print has been published on medRxiv assessing the accuracy of media coverage featuring vitamin D and COVID-19 since the pandemic onset. The main findings, based on articles in the top 5 UK newspapers, indicate that most articles involved some form of scientific or government health information and were on the whole useful advice for the public.
