The British Society for Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes is the professional body representing consultants with an interest in paediatric endocrinology and diabetes in the UK. The Clinical Trials Unit was set up a few years ago to develop multi-centre studies and audit of clinical practice throughout the UK.
